Jeremy's passion lies in food and wine. As a chef, first level sommelier with MCS, and over 20 years of experience in the food and wine industry, his passion lies in helping you discover the perfect menu for your event. 

Nicole's love for events started early and has been a theme in all aspects of her 15 years career, from planning large fundraisers to bartending at weddings. This gives her the experience and perspective  to make sure every detail is covered to create the seamless event of your dreams.

Mike and Jeremy have been a culinary team for over six years, and have a flair for flavor and commitment to culinary excellence.  

With a team of over 20 bartenders, servers, and captains, our staff create the seamless, professional, and elegant experience that makes every Acoustic Event memorable for you and your guests.
